The Puppini Sisters
Be sure to check out “Walk Like an Egyptian” as recorded by the Puppini Sisters, free this week on iTunes. They’re not really sisters, but they are fabulous singers. They’ve reworked vintage songs like “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy” as well as contemporary pop classics like:
- Beyoncé’s “Crazy in Love”
- Blondie’s “Heart of Glass”
- Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive”
- Kate Bush’s “Wuthering Heights”
And they have a cool retro web site with previews of songs from their new album.
