I love the energy of this photo — so many faces and everyone having fun! Brides New Jersey magazine selected my photo from Kathryn and Eduardo’s wedding to illustrate an article about booking a band or DJ. The article appears in the Fall/Winter 2010 issue, available now. Photographed at the Crystal Plaza in Livingston, NJ.

I love this picture on how it captures all aspects of the night. The bride is having fun with her guests on the dance floor. What kind of lens did you use for this shot? Must have been a prime lens when in low light like this. Thanks for posting.

I’m glad you like the photo and appreciate your comment. The lens is actually the excellent Canon 16-35mm wide angle zoom, at 16mm. It is a low light setting, but I am using bounced flash to add some light.
