This colorful building has a title in its cornice:  MANHATTAN
The scene of a well-known Henri Cartier-Bresson photo (“USA. New York City. Manhattan. Near the Hall of Records. 1947“), now enclosed by fencing — in the original, the photographer stood a little to the left and pointed the camera about one step lower, and almost certainly used a 35mm lens.
